Biography
A voice for Gujarat's soul on screen
Mayur Soneji is a Gujarati film actor whose career spans feature films, brand campaigns, television, and education. A performer who commands both the stage and the camera, he has built a reputation for roles that dig into the complexity of Gujarat's cultural fabric — from historical epics to gritty gangster dramas.
In 2018, alongside Mitali Mayur Soneji, he co-founded HereNow Films Pvt Ltd — a production house, film school, advertising agency, and event management company all rolled into one. What started as a passion project has grown into Gujarat's most ambitious creative studio, with over 225+ content pieces produced and a growing community of 14,000+ Instagram followers at @mayoorkoomar.
His philosophy is simple: cinema is the most powerful classroom. Every role he takes, every film HereNow produces, and every student who walks through the film school's doors is part of the same mission — to elevate Gujarati storytelling to a national and global stage.
Most recently, he portrayed Bhaga Bapu in the action drama Victor 303 (2025, IMDb 8.4) and Jadavbha in the historical epic Kasoombo (2024). Both films cemented his place as one of Gujarati cinema's most compelling actors.

"Cinema is not just our craft; it is our classroom. Every character I play teaches me something about what it means to be human — and that lesson belongs to every student who walks into our school."
